XiShan Art Studio Camp Booking Policy 1. Registration & Payment • Summer camp spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Registration is confirmed once payment is processed. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy • 14+ days before camp start: refund minus $50 administrative fee per week. • Within 14 days: 50% refund. • Within 7 days or after camp begins: no refund. 3. Lunch • Lunch is included. • If not needed, please notify us in advance.
